个人及研究简介

刘博,男,汉族,中共党员,工学博士,副教授,硕士研究生导师。

主要提出并实践“成分热力学设计-工艺多物理场调控-界面跨尺度工程”协同策略,攻克了增材制造非平衡冶金裂纹控制、高致密度成形等核心难题;开发出“胞状亚结构+纳米析出相”、“高密度退火孪晶+纳米析出相” 等强韧化组织调控技术,阐明了孪晶界/析出相协同钉扎效应、界面热/力稳定性演化规律及耐蚀机制,应用于镍基高温合金强-塑-耐蚀性能协同提升。主持和参与国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金、甘肃省科技厅重点研发计划、甘肃省教育厅产业支撑计划、甘肃省青年自然科学基金、甘肃省高校教师创新基金等多项课题的支持,在Addit. Manuf., J. Mater. Sci. Technol., Mater. Sci. Eng., A., Mater Charact., Res. Lett., Trans. Nonferrous Met. Soc. China等中科院一区、Top期刊发表(其中ESI高被引1篇),《激光增材制造专用高品质镍基高温合金粉末设计与制备》研究课题荣获甘肃省科技进步三等奖。先后获得甘肃省机械工程学会科学技术进步一等奖、甘肃省科技进步三等奖。作为教师,荣获全国高校微课大赛省级三等奖、天水师范大学“优秀共产党员”、“三育人”、“优秀班主任”、“优秀毕业实习指导教师”等荣誉;同时,指导学生在全国三维数字化创新设计大赛、“挑战杯”大学生课外学术科技等学科竞赛中荣获佳绩。
